Hi All! Nari here back with a small update on my progress. I know I've been quite silent for the past few months, but I haven't just left Aster Corp out to dry, I've been hard at work improving lots on the story I want to tell and all of my notes! I've even experimented telling parts to a small audience. I'm very happy with the results so far! I have couple Aster Corp related short stories written that I do hope to post in the future when the full project comes out. As for the actual Terminal Program, I've been fixing small bugs here and there and implementing new things along the way, making small updates to the UI and I'm hoping to eventually completely overhaul the visual style of certain parts of it. So rest assured whilst you've all been waiting I have been hard at work to get AC updated! I do want to thank my amazing partner for helping me as well! He's been a huge help when it's come to certain plot holes and such as well as inspiring me when I'm running low on motivation.
I've actually found this really cool writing program recently called Obsidian, It's definitely useful and I really wanna use it more often. It's got this nice weblike structure to visually see the connections between all of my notes! That'll be great for connecting up the different plots and stories I want to tell here.
I have recently been thinking about expanding the universe outside of the Terminal as well! And I'm talking BIG expansions! I'm not sure yet, I'll have to see how much of a platform Aster Corp picks up during it's time here. I know I definitely wanna tell a much bigger story in the long run, but I'll have to see where things go. Hopefully I can rope some more people into the development at some point, really get the ball rolling! I want to try things with Audio and Videos, stuff outside the terminal that could still relate back to it. I've come a long way from the basic website I set up for AC a while ago, and a very long way from what AC was supposed to be before it was even redone as Aster Corporation! Even though I've kept some of the basic concepts, AC is a lot better off now than it was before I developed it into what it is.
I wanna say thanks to my Best Friend and My amazing Partner for helping me throughout the process! And to whomever joins us along the way, I hope you'll find our chilling little adventure very frightening!
That's all for now! See y'all on the flipside!
