Aster Corporation - Summary

Aster Corporation is an original story I came up with in the aftermath of what is a terrible trash fire that was a failed fanfiction. This new idea takes inspiration from many ideas and concepts from lots of my childhood shows, games, and books.

The basic ideas of Aster Corp could be summarized as the following. A capitalist entrepreneur travels to another continent to spread his wealth of ideas, products, and his business to a new set of consumers of another species called Asters. He builds his new company here and expands the market and improves health conditions within the Aster Wasteland, as it’s called by Humanity, and gives overall better life to that of a struggling society. He does charity balls, non-profit projects, and even finds true love. However, he and his wife are unable to conceive a child, causing both to plunge into a depression neither can escape. The company suffers, and so does the Aster Wasteland. The entrepreneur’s wife is involved in an accident and presumed dead after no body is found. The entrepreneur dies by his own hand and the company is left to an unknown acting CEO. After a few years, the wife comes back claiming to have been kidnapped and involved in a sort of cult sacrifice and takes over the company as the new heir and CEO.

The company, in the time the Wife is present as the CEO, gets involved in many shady deals with shady governments and organizations.

The ARG part of this project, The Aster Corporation Remote Terminal(working title), will be instrumental to uncovering exactly what happened through signing in with leaked login information for the terminal. Who is leaking the information is unknown, and so are the depths of Aster Corporation’s( and by proxy, Elizabeth’s) sins. It’s the user’s prerogative to figure out what happened, and what the aftermath may be.
